    Hey! I'm Beth - a 27 year old foodie living and working in the Washington, DC area who has lost almost 90 pounds through Weight Watchers. I love good food, wine and getting creative in the kitchen, and then balancing that out with running, The Shred, and yoga.     I just wanted to say that I am very very impressed with your recipes and photos. They are all very healthy and extremely creative.
    I teach a course in ‘weight loss / management” and will certainly promote your website to my class. When there are many options for a quick fix…you have changed your lifestyle through healthy eating and exercise.
    Congratulations!!!! It is one of the hardest things to do in life….change.
